Schopp is a historic place for all mountain bikers. Not only that top-class cross-country races are held here regularly - Schopp also has two real veterans of German cycling: Hardy and Udo Bölts. Above all, Udo was very successful as a multiple Tour de France participant in the 1990s. Exactly in this place starts the today's tour, which is completely in the sense of the sportsman with 64 kilometers quite day-filling program. The trails of this round meander along the small brook Moosalbe and spoil you with pure nature. Again and again you will come across interesting, historic buildings, all of which have to do with the topic of water. From the hammer mill to the watermill - there is a lot to discover here.If we stay with the sporty aspect, the bike park Trippstadt is definitely worth a mention. The award winning park offers a colorful mix of flowing trails, dirt jumps and steep descents, and if you can afford the little detour off the actual route, we can recommend the park to you.By the way, you can adjust this tour perfectly well, if the whole distance should be too time-consuming for you: The track runs as "Eight", at km 10.5 you can shorten very easily and leave the second dangling out.

The Bölts brothers come from Heltersberg, not from Schopp.
