An interesting tour with about 30 river crossings to the Dune di Piscinas. Sometimes you feel like you're in a desert. The river is more like a stream and can be crossed anywhere. After heavy rainfall you shouldn't do the tour, as it goes back through a stream bed. At kilometer 6 you shouldn't take the trail like we did because it is unfortunately very overgrown so that you have to push on a steep slope ... a gauntlet between thorns. Here you should switch to the gravel road.
The tour runs almost exclusively on gravel roads or across stony terrain. The tour is sometimes very rough. The dunes are impressive.
