After two weeks on the feet, your first days on the Camino will probably seem like an eternity away. Now you have almost made it, the big goal, the cathedral in Santiago de Compostela is just a day's walk away.
At the latest on Monte do Gozo, the mountain of joy, when you see the cathedral for the first…
The way is the most beautiful, I have run so far. The actual starting point is in Irun at the French / Spanish border. But then it will take 5 weeks. You can spend the night in a very cheap way in the Pilgerherbergen. But you need a pilgrim's pass, which you can Get 5 € at the Jacobusgemeinden in Germany. Let's go
I ran the first part of Camino del Norte. From Bilbao to Ribadesella.
I highly recommend it, was wonderful, seen a lot .. culture and scenery, art and culinary discoveries. Since it is not as crowded as Camino Frances, the encounters with people have always been very exciting. And walking along the coast is just beautiful .. 😊

I can only agree. Fantastically beautiful.
The Aragonese trail from Somport Pass is not overcrowded. Great landscape.
