The 17th stage of the North Sea Cycle Route takes you from Halden in Norway to Tanumshede in Sweden. Right at the beginning of the 78-kilometer tour, you drive across Svinesund, which forms the natural border between Norway and Sweden. On the further course of the route, we will drive over small hills through typical Swedish countryside with a lot of forest and unique nature.Halfway you come through the small town of Strömstad, which is a great stopover for a break or a stroll through the city. She also does well as a milestone if you want to shorten or split this stage. The stage destination is Tanumshede, a small town with a train station, accommodation and refreshments.
