On this round tour you will pass a total of nine castles and palaces and you will also cycle through the idyllic Schönbuch Nature Park.It starts in Rottenburg at the train station. From here you drive near the Neckar over the fields to Tübingen. During a little stroll through the old town you can also visit the Hohentübingen Castle.Then you cycle around the Österberg and come back to the Neckar. From the Neckar valley, a very steep ascent leads you up to the Einsiedel. Shortly afterwards, the deep forests of the Schönbuch welcome you.On the way, it is worth stopping at Bebenhausen Monastery as well as at Hohenentringen Castle before you leave the forest and drive back to Rottenburg over wide fields and meadows.
