The starting point of this tour is in Langenau at the train station. At the beginning you cycle on a flat route through wonderfully wide fields and meadows. A first ascent leads through a refreshing forest and brings you to the Hohlenstein cave, which is part of the UNESCO World Heritage “Caves and Ice Age Art of the Swabian Alb”.A few kilometers further you will reach the Vogelherd Archaeological Park, which is also part of the UNESCO World Heritage with the Vogelherd Cave. From here you cycle steadily up and down through the beautiful Lone Valley. Via an ascent you then reach the Brenz, which flows through the wild and romantic Eselsburger valley. After you've cycled through the picturesque valleys, the climb to the Alb follows. Here an open landscape stretches along the way and you always have great views of the plateau. Finally, you drive through a quiet forest before you whiz back to Langenau in a rapid descent.
