This bike tour from the Oderwald to the Bodensteiner cliffs offers a lot of variety. The start is in Dorstadt, a place in the Wolfenbüttel district, where you can admire an old manor and monastery with an eventful, almost thousand-year history.Via many small villages, past beautiful views and many refreshment stops, you reach the Hainberge Mountains via Salzgitter, where the Bodensteiner cliffs are located. On the way, Gut Flachstöckheim and its park invite you to take a short break. A special highlight is the Klein Mahner depot, a historic train station where old railway vehicles are restored and operated. In Salzgitter you will find, among other things, the beautiful rose garden, under whose graduation tower one of the strongest natural thermal brines in Europe bubbles.The route is very varied.
