The starting point of the BahnRadRoute Weser-Lippe is the main train station in Bremen. As in many other places along the cycle path, you can easily get there by train. In addition to regional trains, long-distance trains and light rail vehicles also take you to Bremen Central Station.From the starting point you cycle through the city on a flat route. You cross the city moat, the Weser and the Kleine Weser, which flows into the Werdersee. You leave Bremen along its banks and then dive into a wide marshland.After about half of the stage you will reach Syke. Here you have the opportunity to take a leisurely break and strengthen yourself in one of the city's restaurants or cafés. You will also find a train station here with a connection to regional transport.After you have gathered new strength, some tiny climbs await you in the further course of the stage as you cycle through rural idyll. Past wide fields and meadows, through secluded forests and beautiful villages, you finally reach Twistringen, the destination of the first stage.In the stage destination there are various hotels, guest houses and holiday apartments to stay overnight. You also have access to regional trains in Twistringen.
