Through shady forest areas and again and again along the shimmering Isar - there is hardly a more beautiful way to top up your step account. Your hunt for 40,000 steps begins south of Munich at the Ebenhausen-Schäftlarn train station. The S1 S-Bahn line takes you here very easily. It is only a few steps to the imposing Schäftlarn Monastery, then you will cross the beautiful Isar. You follow their course past the Ickinger weir to Wolfratshausen. You have already made about half of the steps to this point. If that's enough for you, you get on the S-Bahn and drive back to Munich. If not, you change the banks of the Isar and leisurely stroll back to the starting point of the tour and take full steps.
As much as I like komoot ... but komoot's difficulty levels are simply useless. This is another good example, the round is neither a "difficult" hike, nor do you need a very good level of fitness and alpine experience ... yes, that is very important on this round
