From Bad Salzuflen, this tour went via Lockhausen and Leopoldshöhe at the edge of the eastern Teutoburg Forest via the A2 with a head-to-head race directly on the highway (at Behrendsgrund) to the beautiful Senne in Bielefeld. From there on the edge of Brackwede past the Rieselfelder Windel and the biological station GĂŒtersloh / Bielefeld over the A33 through Friedrichsdorf again over the A2 to Verl. Then I drove on to DelbrĂŒck, where I took a short break at the Steinhorster basin. Then I cycled through the Holter Forest and again on the A33 towards Stukenbrok past the moated castle and drove across the Ölbach valley to the Augustdorf dune field. We went back to Bad Salzuflen via Lage. The tour is partly not suitable for racing cyclists and people without technical skills!Places:
