The starting point of today's tour is at the valley station of the Corvatschbahn in Surlej. With this to the middle station and from there to Fuorcla Surlej. Here as well as on the subsequent descent to the Hotel Rosegg, there are always wonderful views of the glaciers of the Bernina group. Either at the Hotel Rosegg or directly at the Roseggbach (Ova da Rosegg) it is a good idea to take a break. The view of the glacier world and the stream are great. From the Hotel Rosegg it goes through the Roseggtal to Pontresina to the bus stop at the post office.
