The starting point of today's tour is the Punt Muragl valley station. From there, take the funicular to the Muottas Murag summit station and from there to the Segantani hut. Both from the summit station and from the Segantini hut a wonderful view of the "Ballroom of the Alps". From the Segantini hut you continue to Alp Languard. The steep section shown in Figure 46 is on this section. Since it goes down steeply here, children and dogs should be taken care of. From Alp Languard, take the chairlift down to Pontresina. So far it is almost 10 KM. We then walked to our hotel in St. Moritz, over the beautifully situated Laj da Staz. Alternatively, you can take the bus from Pontresina to St. Moritz.
