Today we finished the SMQ Road for the first time. After a restful night at the Hotel 'Weißes Roß' in Marienberg, the really great breakfast started again at 7:30. This time the shorter lap over the Fichtelberg. It was pretty fresh until early afternoon. Later the sun came out and on the Bärenstein we had a great panorama with a delicious Pils on tap.The topography is very different today than yesterday, it is constantly uphill or downhill, garnished with very flat passages. The runs are fantastic. One or the other S-curve requires the greatest confidence in his bike, which makes you happy.Back at the hotel, we were allowed to take a shower and were added to the finisher list.A completely successful weekend, the Erzgebirge and its Arzjebirchler are something very special. Thanks again to the hotel staff for your kindness and first-class service. That was really great.
slowly you would have to know the route by heart, right? ;) Respect!
um, this time we drove the street course. That was my first encounter with the. 🚴
Kudos ... fantastic, terrific, super 👍👍👍+ yes, the ore mountain heights are often a bit cooler, so you packed yourself up accordingly

Glück Auf hallunke, did you hear that? Apparently I met Christian on the Bärenstein - unfortunately without knowing it. We were up there at the same time - then a mountain biker at the stamp location seemed strangely familiar to me.

@ André:yes, I had noticed - these are always coincidences ... well, true: Ghost with GoPro at the front is not seen that often.Did you have yours with you?
I hadn't paid much attention to the wheels around, there was always a lot going on at the stamps. Apparently there are more people on the road than usual, at least it feels. And the GoPro, well I had nothing with me this time - typical of a racing bike, only equipped with the back pockets. I didn't even have a jacket with me, just sleeves and a vest, it was pretty fresh on the way.But at least I had a bell on the bike. :)
yes, here (+ everywhere) more and more people seem to be touring around - everyone wants to get out somehow - on weekends you notice that all the more clearly.
