This Tour takes you from the flower bulb fields around Keukenhof to the dune landscapes of Zandvoort. Along the way you pass beautiful nature and breathtaking landscapes. The route starts and ends at Voorhout train station, located on the connection between the Amsterdam - Haarlem - Rotterdam route. Shortly after departure you cycle right through the dazzling color splendor of the flower bulb fields. Flowering of crocuses, daffodils and hyacinths begins in late March. After the Keukenhofbos and Zuid-Kennemerland National Park, the route diverts towards Zandvoort. The route leads through beautiful dune areas with lakes, forests and open areas. In Zandvoort you can take a break in one of the many beach pavilions. The next part of the route runs parallel to the North Sea. The cycle path winds its way through sand dunes lined with greenish yellow marram grass. Fortunately, the e-bike offers the necessary help against the height differences and headwind on this part of the route. If you pay close attention, there is a good chance that you will spot a deer or fox. Just before the town of Noordwijkerhout, there are enough benches to relax. When you cross the train track a few kilometers outside Noordwijkerhout, the final destination of the ride is in sight.
