Then may I ask Wolfgang? , -)That was pure adventure yesterday by Komoot. I don't know where to start and stop! I originally planned the trip to Plettenberg as a ride on the MTB. But oops! Because I already got to know Komoot's "good" routing, I rescheduled it as a bike ride. On the way down to the Lenne near Pasel, Komoot sent me to an old, overgrown back alley, which I had to walk downhill in part because the lush vegetation made it possible to progress on the bike through the coarsest gravel, invisible heels and a 15% gradient was prevented. : o) At the top of the castle ruins it went on like this - Komoot sent me on a single trail that ended at the remains of the castle wall. I had to somehow lift my half hundredweight bike down a 2-step wall cutout with steps about 50 cm high. Soaked in sweat, I first breathed for a while before collecting impressions of the castle ruins. :-) The castle ruin, just like the fish belly girder bridge on the Lenne, is an interesting and absolutely worth seeing place Wolfgang! The return trip from Plettenberg to Allendorf was almost only uphill, whereby I was allowed to push again on a passage through the lush vegetation. Due to the warm weather, all the crap animals you can imagine were gathered in the forest. They were just waiting for me, so I'm busy treating insect bites. The tour was sponsored by Fenihydrocord. , -) It was nice again! Many Greetings!Karlbtw: links to the castle ruins and the bridge:de.wikipedia.org/wiki/Burg_Schwarzenberg_(Plettenberg)outdooractive.com/de/poi/sauerland/fischbauchbogenbruecke/15819601
Cool performance. With a nice climb. Yes, I already had that with Koomot. The part sometimes leads you on paths because you don't even know how to cope with the normal bike. But I like your tour, I'll save it sometime.

Hello Udo and Peter, :-) thank you for your praise! My guess regarding the planning and one or the other "strange" way: Komoot builds a route with priority on direct connections instead of loops, and with the help of all ways of the map material. To be 100% sure you have to check every kilometer of such a lap beforehand - unfortunately I'm too lazy for that! , -) Best regards, Karl.
