This Friday we were on the Swabian Alb between Neidlingen and Ochsenwang.
Start of free parking in Hepsisau.
It went immediately through the Zipfelbach gorge to the summit Schaffbuckel (801 m). The Zipfelbach currently has very little water, we were actually disappointed, there was probably more water in the past. It was also very slippery, because of the rain before, we had to be very careful. After we reached the summit we went down to the Neidlinger valley to the Neidlinger waterfall. This waterfall cannot be called a waterfall at the moment, very little water.
After the waterfall the ascent to the castle ruin Reußenstein, very nice ruin, very well visited.
After the ruin it was easier, for a long time no more steep increases, to the summit Auchtert (813m).
After the summit, we quickly went back down to Hepsisau.
Mostly in the forest, shady, very many single trails, only at the end it was a few kilometers in open terrain.
Sights: Zipfelbach gorge, Neidlinger waterfall, castle ruins Reußenstein, Heidenloch, Heimenstein hell, Randecker Maar.

    Thanks Aga.
I'm happy, that you like it.
I have a small digital camera, Sony DSC-HX50V, which is good, the camera has a large zoom 30x Optical, bad, it is too slow for me.
A new one is coming next week, including Sony.
