In the front Paznaun valley lies the cozy community of Kappl, which is nestled between alpine pastures, the Alps and the mighty mountains of the Verwall and Samnaun groups and is a nice starting point for this tour. With the help of the slide gondola, you check out the trails northeast of Ischgl today and we can already promise you one thing: 100 percent mountain bike fun awaits you here!The main character of this tour is the brand new slide trail, which was only opened in summer 2018. Its start is in the Sunny Mountain Adventure Park, which you can reach directly with the Dias cable car. So it starts at 1,812 meters. On flowing trails you drive through initially dense forest, which continues to open in the lower part until you roll across open meadows through Egg and on to the center of Kappl. The Dias Trail is truly a picture-perfect single trail, without any artificial neighbors and jumps. If you love nature trails, it is an absolute insider tip.And best of all: thanks to the mountain railway, you can ride it as often as you want or just until you can't. And it's even better because you're spoiled for choice. If you do not turn left, but right on the junction to the Dias Trail, you will get to another great trail that will quickly lead you back to Kappl via quite technical passages. In the end, however, the same question is waiting for you: do you have enough or do you take the gondola up again? Actually, the answer is clear, isn't it?
