On the Aischgründer GenussRadweg, idyllic natural spaces, shady beer gardens and gentle vineyards invite you to take a break. You cycle through the diverse landscape of Allianz NeuStadt and Land with its typically Franconian towns and attractive places to stop. For the sporty climbs you will be rewarded with wonderful views or you can grab an e-bike to make the climbs easier. The starting point is at the Neustädter Marktplatz with its beautiful town hall. You cycle past colorful half-timbered houses out of town and before you cross the Sachsenbach, keep right. The path begins to climb and you cycle through a mosaic of small villages, forests and fish ponds. Along the Aisch you come to Gutenstetten, where you can quench your thirst at the Radlertreff inn. Strengthened it continues along the rushing Ehebach. At Langenfeld the route turns and you drive back parallel to the train tracks towards Neustadt. But there are still some highlights waiting for you and so you continue cycling relaxed on the green banks of the Aisch. The market in Ipsheim in the Aish valley is idyllically located between the Frankenhöhe and Steigerwald nature parks and is known for its winegrowers and wine festivals. The demanding ascent to Hoheneck Castle starts from here. Once at the top, a great view and a picturesque courtyard await you for a break. Rested, it continues in a steady up and down through the hilly landscape. After 71 kilometers you are back at the starting point and can end the day in one of the restaurants on Neustädter Marktplatz.
