You don't have to worry about thirst or hunger on this round: Several breweries, beer cellars and rustic inns await you in the heart of the Steigerwald. There are a total of 14 breweries on this 36-kilometer route in the Steigerwald beer corner. You start in Lisberg and drive to Trabelsdorf with its beautiful lakes and ponds. Surrounded to the left and right by water, you cycle past the Old Kurhaus into the center, where the small castle is located. You pass Priesendorf and Kirchaich along the Aurach. Then you step up the hill near Schindelsee and you can have a cool beer in the Gasthaus Hofmann there. Rested you rush down the banks of the Virnbach into the valley of the Rauhen Ebrach. Afterwards the beer path leads you to Schönbrunn in the Steigerwald. The local Bähr cellar is known for its home-brewed beer, which strengthens you for the subsequent climb of the route. You follow the Hohe Straße through the forest to Burgebrach - of course there is also a brewery. Or you can quench your thirst a bit and continue cycling to the rustic Max-Keller. Passing the Lisberg Castle, which is well worth seeing, you come back to the starting point.
