Leakage and bleeding 😅But from the start: my last section on the Malerweg begins in the picturesque town of Königstein. From there I hike steeply up to the fortress that towers over the village 🏰After that it happened: I lose the painter's path, which is often only moderately signposted. Unfortunately, my GPS data doesn't work on this day either, and so I involuntarily shorten the stage 😄As a small consolation, there is a delicious ice cream in the chocolate factory 🍦
And a great view from the bear stones 🐻
The last stretch leads me along the Malerweg directly along the Elbe. Cyclists and walkers can be found here. It's super nice too 🥰In line with the finish in Pirna, it pours out of buckets. But as soon as I get into the city, the sky shines again and we stroll through the idyllic old town of Pirna.112 km on the wonderful Malerweg are done 🎉

Congratulations on this hiking classic! In addition to the scenic impressions, I especially find the photo with the steaming street very atmospheric.

@Erlitzsche Thank you 😊 That with the bad signage also surprised me on such a well-known hiking trail 🙈
