  • Arosa Lenzerheide

The route from Arosa through the Urdental to Lenzerheide and back over the Tschiertschen is extremely varied and perfectly suited for endurance and experienced bikers. Crunchy ascents, demanding single trails and rapid descents make this trip an absolute dream tour around Arosa and Lenzerheide. The starting point is the Obersee in Arosa. From here it goes first on forest and forest roads to the Carmennahütte. The gentle ascents are ideal for breaking in. Because immediately afterwards on the way to the Hörnlihütte it gets much steeper: Your stamina, strength and skill are required on gravel paths and snow groomer tracks.Once at the top, you can recharge your batteries in the Hörnlihütte and enjoy the view of the valley. The first ascent to the Hörnli hut can alternatively be comfortably managed with the Hörnli-Express.Freshly rested, you pedal from the hut via exciting single trails to the Urdenfürggli. The path through the unique Urdental has a few difficult passages that also challenge experienced bikers - but you will be rewarded with magnificent views of the Graubünden mountains on every meter. At the Scharmoin mountain station you will find a Bosch e-bike charging station and access to the Lenzerheide bike park. The ingeniously designed freeride trails have something for every skill level. After more than 1000 meters difference in altitude, you will arrive in Lenzerheide with a lot of adrenaline in your blood and trembling forearms. From Lenzerheide, things get a little easier again: Gravel and asphalt roads take you up to the Churer Joch, thanks to the eBike without major signs of fatigue. A breathtaking panorama of the Chur Rhine Valley and the opposite Calanda massif opens up on the Joch. Next, you can look forward to another challenging single trail towards Tschiertschen. At the Hühnerköpf mountain restaurant, you have the opportunity to supply your e-bike with fresh electricity at a Bosch charging station. You could use that again: Now it's over the Loser, with a short but crisp climb to the Ochsenalp for the final coffee break and finally over the Prätschalp back to Arosa.
