Wide views, lonely mountain meadows and a perfect mix of narrow single trails and quiet forest roads - the MTB tour via Hochwang to Peisteralp is a real dream tour. Since there is only a small proportion of difficult single trails, this tour is ideal for eBikers or ambitious mountain bikers without an electric drive. From the starting point in Arosa you pedal along the reservoir to Litzirüti and on to Molinis. In Molinis there is a steep climb up towards the Hochwang ski house - no problem thanks to eBike support. Once at the top there is a break and refreshment in the Hochwang restaurant - the wonderful view is free of charge.Rested, you will continue cycling towards Peisteralp. After rain, caution is advised on the following route across the meadow due to the raised bog. The subsequent Schanfigger Höhenweg pampers you with the finest single trails and takes you directly to Peisteralp. A little tip: the Almkäse is simply heavenly. At the end there is still well-deserved downhill action: from the Peisteralp you rush down to Langwies. The last meters in altitude finally lead you through a forest back to Arosa.
