The 3-B tour stands for the most beautiful things on a bike tour: castle, beer and bratwurst. You can enjoy all of this on this sporty family tour, which is also ideal for e-bikes and takes you into the rural surroundings of Kulmbach. You start in the old margrave town of Kulmbach, which is famous for its great beers. Before you can treat yourself to one of the cool hop drinks, there are a few kilometers ahead of you. The tour takes you through picturesque mountain, valley and floodplain landscapes on beautiful bike paths and low-traffic roads. After eight kilometers you have reached the first B. In the recreation area Oberauhof you can not only cool your feet at the quarry pond. In the kiosk there is also delicious sausage to eat.The next B is only around six kilometers away. Wernstein Castle with its numerous towers and bay windows is one of the most beautiful castle complexes in Upper Franconia. You roll down a few kilometers from Burgberg, then the crunchiest climb on the tour follows. From Lehenthal, you only race downhill back to Kulmbach, where you have earned the third and last B, for example, in the Kommunbräu pub brewery.
