Walkleader went for a hike.

In order to avoid the squadrons of cyclists and hikers today a tour in a lesser known region was made. The aim of today's tour was the origin / source of the small river basin. This originates from the Hungerberg near Aufhausen / Forberg (Donauries) , but then turns east towards Bavarian Swabia and flows into the Danube at Donauwörth after approx. 41 km. The boiler has a water catchment area of approx. 175 km².The tour started at Aufhausen and went from there to the Hungerberg, to the source of the "Kessel". Alternately through forest or open fields we hiked to Seelbronn, Amerdingen, over the "Wolfsgrube", Lach and Bollstadter Feld back to Aufhausen. Although we escaped the cyclists and hikers, contrary to our expectations, there were many motorcycle bikers on the way.Although not particularly spectacular, it was a nice and quiet hike, alternating between forest and fields, accompanied by wonderful birdsong.
Just nice photos and an interesting hike, thanks!
Does anyone have any idea what kind of butterfly this could be? I tend to a kind of "little fox"?
Hi, that could be a yarrow silver owl butterfly, but I'm not an expert. According to Wikipedia, the "little fox" is more interested in nettles ....
..ok..and thanks 🙂
A very good tour, 👍
Jo..must not always be rocks and transverse trees quer
I love this lush green at this time of year. Wonderful 😊
.. you could just put it in there .. like before ☺
My tip would be an admiral for the butterfly
Jupp..Researched on the net earlier and think that it could be an admiral ... thanks for the feedback
But something stuck from school or watch out
