After a somewhat more comfortable stage, you pedal properly again today. A varied day is ahead of you. You drive an arc around Karlsruhe and reach Durlach with its pretty old town after about ten kilometers. Shortly afterwards you drive to a beautiful quarry pond bordering an interesting moor area.Weingarten is ideal for a coffee break. On a beautiful path on the Walzbach you leave the town and tackle the first climbs of the day. The area here is dominated by agriculture and you cycle on small roads through wide fields. Pretty places are on your way, such as Obergrombach. The cultural highlight of the stage is Bruchsal with the impressive castle and the pretty old town on the Saalbach. It is worth leaving the bike here for a while and strolling through the town center. The last kilometers you follow the Kraichbach to Oberderdingen, your destination. On the way in Gochsheim you still have a great view of the Graf-Eberstein-Schloss, which unites different construction periods.
