You can join the east course of the 100 Schlösser Route directly at the main train station in Münster. From here you cycle out of the city, crossing the Dortmund-Ems Canal. You reach the Werse through beautiful meadows and fields. You follow this through a beautiful meadow landscape to the north to the mouth of the Ems. Here you turn east and roll comfortably through the picturesque Emsauen to Westbevern. The place is about halfway and is therefore suitable for an extended break. Here you will find cozy restaurants with a terrace or beer garden. You will then cycle back to Ostbevern, where you can stop at Loburg Castle. Then you drive through the rural idyll of the Münsterland parkland to Füchtorf and on to Harkotten Castle. After looking around the castle, you continue cycling through the beautiful parkland. You pass the idyllic Feldmarksee, pass Sassenberg and finally get back to the Ems. Along its banks you roll to Emssee and further into the old town of Warendorf, the destination of the stage.
