On day 2 the Unterweserweg runs from Bremen-Vegesack via Schwanewede and Meyenburg to Hagen in Bremen.First, the path leads us through the Schönebecker Auetal to Schönebeck Castle with its castle pond. We walk through the meadows and forests of the Schönebecker Aue for a while until we turn into the Thuringian Way in Holthorst.Along fields and at the edge of forests, you continue to Klingenberg (although the term "berg" may be a little exaggerated). Here we take our lunch break at a nice "rest hut".From there we hike to Meyenburg with its beautiful old water mill and the large mill pond. Again it goes along the fields until we meet the nature reserve southern Hagen Königsmoor shortly before Hagen. Even if the path only leads along the edge of the nature reserve, you still get very nice insights into the moor landscape, which partly still has a lot of water here.
Marking signs:The Unterweserweg is marked by a yellow directional arrow, partly outlined in green. This hike is part of our two collections: "Unterweserweg"komoot.de/collection/921717/-unterweserweg"Cuxland, Osterholz and Rotenburg (Wümme)"komoot.de/collection/918921/-cuxland-osterholz-und-rotenburg-wuemme
