From the center of Oberailsfeld, follow the 'Ahorntaler Brewery Trail' marking. After crossing the Ailsbach, the climb to Pfaffenberg begins. In the depression after the end of the village, turn onto the dirt road to Brünnberg. Through the village it goes on to the rest area ´ Auf dem Berg´. The path continues to Adlitz, past the castle, over the valley floor to Hammerbühl. Cross the village of Poppendorf and turn left into the corridor after the village pond. Passing the hamlet of Hütten, follow the signs to Hintergereuth. After stopping at the 'Stöckel', you will continue to walk through the Aßbachgrund to Freiahorn. At the church it goes over a small hill towards Christanz. You cross the street and follow the municipal street to Christanz and continue until shortly before Kirchahorn. Here you walk straight on the dirt road and following the marking up to the left to the edge of the forest. The path continues to the 'Zauppenberger Brücke'. The climb over the Ludwigshöhle to the Schneiderloch is followed by the descent into the Ailsbach valley to the bear bridge. After crossing the state road and the small footbridge over the Ailsbach, you continue hiking through a rock formation. Via the high trail and the descent into the Ailsbach valley you reach the starting point Oberailsfeld.
Yes Erich, I know: wrong time 😁😂
Raimund, in addition to the breweries, the landscape also makes the tour very interesting. I could well imagine testing the taste of the beers on the hike. It was nice not to have been possible today ?! 🤔
PS. Text was gone faster before I could correct the nonsense of auto completion. 😉
The 🍻 beer brewers have already raised the white 🏳️ flag 😢
We could have met by chance today! Vg
Another very strong tour 😍👍. Route, length, pictures, it doesn't get any better than Reimund 🏅👍🏅
Dieter: That is correct. All breweries are currently closed. We knew that beforehand. We just wanted to walk the path when there are no (alcoholic) beer hikers on the way.
T. Podde: You're right. Nice corner in our region. Always happy to be there again ...
Rainer: Thank you very much! Was really a wonderful route in the best weather and only individual hikers or walkers in compliance with the rules.
What can I say, another fabulous tour and the funny eggs were there too
👏 Another great tour from you. I wrote a comment 3 times yesterday and it was not saved. Now I'm going to try that again. 🙈Your wife's sports insert is great, very nice photo. 👌
