Nearly 3000 meters. Mobile up to the Laziser Alm on good forest, then it says for 1000 meters of pushing or carrying. But worth it for good downhill drivers!Down it's over a beautiful trail of about S2 and with a bit of ability also continuously mobile.

As a local, I recommend to do the tour the other way - so coming from Schnalstal / Pfossental and downhill to Pfelders and on to Merano. The trail over the Eisjöchl has been extremely well developed in recent years and laid out with large stone slabs. Therefore, it does not require such a good driving technique by far today to get to Pfelders without a carrying passage. The slope corresponds to that of a military road. Can I imagine as E-Mtb very well. IMPORTANT: At least for the Schnalstal one should take a shuttle, here is to drive up wg. the partly long tunnels not recommended by bike. I also recommend starting the tour here on the Vorderkaser. It's far to Meran;) Have fun, Boris
