After a few very nice hikes and cross country ski tours, I just had to go back to my bike today and quickly made a short tour with some fun-descent descents. About Arlesberg with Miniabfahrt in Jüchnitztal and in car tracks (and partly with ice-cold headwind) to Mönchshof and then on solid snow cover (nice fast and with very cold ears) to Hohe Warte. Short, great path downhill, lots of snow and easily trampled, mighty egg eggs, beautiful! Back up and up a long path to Elgersburg. Here it went z.T. Despite the crushed snow very fast to the point, so you could drive a little better straight. Some roots even invited to jump! Another nice crossroad and then through the Goethe Rock: a super fun, narrow path along the slope with small steps and steep sections. The last, very tight curve despite snow managed (otherwise I would have fallen down the rocks) and even drove the slippery eccentric stairs (danger of breakdown on hardtail). The navigation system (which was already sponging at the beginning) had long been showing empty batteries, so it was in the jacket, very annoying, I had to stop all the time and get it out. And some planned paths were not to drive, I just stuck in the snow. So I sneaked through Elgersburg and Geraberg, have crossed the A71 in the valley of the Zah Gera, a great view from there. At Geschwenda over to Arlesberg, again the small descent, this time fast, but with a fall because Pennerei, annoying. Finally it started to snow. Actually very nice and exhausting tour, bike worked great and the choice of clothes was ok, but the many hitchhikers because of the packaged sat nav and Fotoapperat have a bit annoyed.

Hard to say, depending on altitude and time -10 to -5 ° C. The wind sometimes blew well on the ears, I had nothing under my helmet. Otherwise, I always had the zippers on and off the jacket. Annoying, but very sensible against excessive sweating or freezing. Had no problems.
