A simple and watery walk almost right around the corner. Not spectacular but nice and relaxing.
Beautiful photos!
Nice pictures. I didn't like the many neophytes, even though they have beautiful flowers.
That's right, @elisabeth g, goldenrod and balsam aren't supposed to be fun. But as you write: They do have beautiful flowers, which makes them quite photogenic.
That's exactly how it is, I like the goldenrod. You can tear out the balsam. You should just burn it. If you're traveling alone, that's not possible. We always have a neophyte day in autumn. Residents from the canton can register and do volunteer work. A good thing.
However, numerous bumblebees feast on the flowers of Himalayan balsam, and Canadian goldenrod seeds are popular with bullfinches towards the end of winter. The seeds of the Himalayan Balsam are also edible.
Oh I didn't know either. Learned something new again. Thanks for the valuable information.
