Today we went to Kreuzhorst. At 20°C and overcast, I started walking just before seven. Very quiet again! Was fun! 😅

The Kreuzhorst is really great. I was recently also by bike. Beautiful area.

I was a junior soccer coach for years. So I know a lot of footballers. Okay, it's not quite the comparison, but they say that running after a certain age can also cause damage.

If need be, @Andi can switch to a bicycle at some point. In any case, it is easier on the joints than running. He's already past Ultra. That surprises me too. I can't even do a half marathon. 😂

@Ben Thank you! Ultra running has been my biggest running challenge so far. I have a hard time cycling. I have problems with the vibrations on the handlebars due to a permanently broken collarbone. 😬

But running is possible... 😅
