At the gates of Tönning, the bike tour begins, where you can experience the diversity of the Wadden Sea National Park. You can also take the circular tour anywhere along the route.Via Kating you drive west through a sparsely populated marsh landscape. In Sankt Peter-Dorf you will find pretty thatched houses and inviting cafes where you can take a leisurely break. Via Sankt Peter-Bad you cycle to the coast, where you can take a first detour to the impressive sandy beach. Then you drive south on the dike. On the way you can let your gaze wander over the wide salt marshes and the mudflats. A visit to the pier of Sankt Peter-Ording is worthwhile. We continue along the impressive salt marshes and lahnungsfeld in the south. On the dike you cycle back towards Tönning. To your right, the mudflats glisten in the sun, while the sheep graze happily on the dike. The section through the Katinger Watt forms the crowning conclusion of your bike tour, which ends in Tönning.
