The third stage is the most adventurous and promising section of the Kesch Trek. Once you've fallen asleep you start the day with a magnificent view of the Porchabella Glacier. In zigzag you first walk down to Alp digl Chant. Here you can taste homemade products such as yoghurt, mountain cheese and milk.

After a little refreshment you follow the course of the stream Avada Plazbi. After about seven kilometers follows the demanding ascent to Fuorcola Pischa. For the rocky mountain trail you should bring sure-footedness. The further up you go, the miserable the landscape becomes. The pass Fuorcola Pischa lies at over 2,800 meters and represents the highest point of the Kesch Trek.

After a deserved break at the pass, you follow the trail over to the Es-cha Hut, your destination today. The rustic hut awaits you with Swiss delicacies and a cozy sun terrace. You can end the day with a fantastic view of the peaks of the Bernina Group.
