Uma and Andrea went for a hike.

That was the last march for this year. Next year it will continue 😬 I have done little the last few weeks, I have felt clearly. It's a bit different if you do not run in July. The weather was much better than predicted in the meantime. The track was really nice on the canal. From 17 o'clock it was already dark 🙈

Great, great performance 🏆
Great time and also a nice area 👍What is on your plan for 2020?
Great performance Andrea. At Komoot, that would take 9 hours and 9 minutes to get moving. What did you need in total including the breaks?

Yvonne, certainly again Düsseldorf and Ruhrgebiet. Probably the Little Mammoth in the Ruhr area, for 30km I can still motivate one or the other 🙂 Are you running 100 again?
Uwe, 10 hours 40. Compared to Dusseldorf missing a few KM. But I do not feel like we had a break of 1.5 hours ... 🤔🤔🤔 Lapps somehow together when you fill up drinks, food gets etc
Yes, Berlin had actually caught the eye, but they have reduced from 100 to 50 🤷♀️. Have the Megamarsch Dusseldorf exchanged for the Rhine-Ahr-march, should be very beautiful landscape 👍👍. We also have the Little Mammoth Ruhr 50 on our list..... and since we are a bit crazy we also registered for Sylt..... and of course the Vierdaagse in Nijmegen, but there you can sign up in 2020 and will be solved.Hope also that we can inspire at least for Duisburg still whom. For Sylt is difficult because you have to show a 100-er.I hope we see each other in April 2020 sounds interesting and for interested friends there's the 30 km version. 👋👋👋
As you can see, we stay on the ball. 👍👍😉😉
To Yvonne: What distance do you want to run at the Rhein-Ahr-March? 100 km or 50 km?
100 km 🏃♀️🏃♀️👍
Maybe you can find some more here mit
Ticketcounter opens on 9th November at 20:00. Then I'm not alone ❤
