In beautiful weather, today we have undertaken a great natural history mudflat hike to the Cormorant Sand, a mother bank of seals. Watt guide was H.J. Fischer. Meeting point of this tour is the dike car park in Dunsum. The hike, which took about 3.5 hours, led us 4km out in the direction of Sylt to the cormorant sand / sandbank (as we have learned today, this will not exist in about 5 years). With reasonable distance we could watch seals. Today we learned a lot about the flora and fauna of the Wadden Sea from the Watt Guide. The mudflat walk was really nice.
That looks great! Great pictures! 😍👌🏻
Very impressive 📷 impressions of the Wadden Sea and clouds. 👏👏 👏 👏
Great. It's almost in sight of us at the moment.
