Anyone who is interested in the old craft of gold mining on the Rhine, should make a trip to today belonging to the city Kehl village Goldscheuer. Between the historic school building and the town hall, there is a gold prospecting monument, reminiscent of the 2000-year history of gold wasters in the region.
