Vandring

The town hall is located directly on the market square next to the former church, which is difficult to recognize as such today. At first glance, the tower seems out of place and more reminiscent of a church. This is probably because the tower of the original town hall survived a fire and was reused for the new building towards the end of the 19th century. On the west side stands a column bearing the town's coat of arms, topped by a bird that is difficult to identify. Dove? Eagle? Most likely a seagull. But why?
