In my opinion, La Belle is one of the most beautiful scenic spots on the Rhine near Karlsruhe. Here the Herrenwasser now flows into the Rhine and sets the path to the Rhine promenade under water when the water level is higher. Depending on the water level, you can drive the short distance through the water over the bridge. La Belle used to be a tourist attraction for the people of Karlsruhe who came to this place on excursion boats. A music association regularly organizes a festival here in honor of the square.
