One of the oldest church in Alsace which is on the way to Compostela. We can do a 14km walking tour "hiking the Chapels between vineyard and canal". Departure from the Dompeter car park, marked with a red circle. Easy. Village position of Avolsheim and not Still. Reporting of positioning error to Komoot.

It is a church to visit for anyone interested in the history of Romanesque art in Alsace. There are still some vestiges of its past, including some sculptures and bas reliefs. However, the church has been remodeled and renovated over the years, and it is no longer so visible inside. The Saint-Ulrich chapel a little further is also really worth a visit. The space around the church is pleasant for resting, there are benches and trees. There are also sculptures and other religious constructions around.
