This picturesque route covers 2.3 miles (3.6 km) with a gentle elevation gain of 257 feet (78 metres), taking about 1 hour and 2 minutes to complete. You will follow well-marked paths, including dirt sections, wooden bridges, and stone steps, as you wind through peaceful woods and past streams. The highlight is the dramatic Cascata La Froda itself, a waterfall cascading down approximately 70 to 100 meters, creating a misty atmosphere.
Planning your visit is straightforward, as the trail is known for its accessibility. While the path to the waterfall is mostly easy, be aware that some areas near the falls can be slippery, so wear appropriate footwear.
