A beautiful old church. St. Michael's Church is considered the oldest church in Thuringia and the oldest monumental building in eastern Germany.
A visit is definitely worth it.

The Michaeliskirche zu Rohr is one of the most interesting village churches in Thuringia.
Despite structural changes between 1569 and 1618, the church with the crypt is the only monumental building in eastern Germany that largely dates from the Carolingian period. This means that Rohr has an architectural treasure of national and international importance.
