The oldest olive trees in Sardinia are near the reservoir. 2500-4000 years old with a circumference of 10m ... very impressive.
Here you can have a nice picnic.

At the reservoir of Liscia is one of the oldest olive groves in Italy. Here are shady olive trees since 2000 to 5000 years. The circumference of the probably oldest tree is 12 meters and has an incredibly beautiful crown.
A visit is free and worthwhile; From here you can enjoy a beautiful view of the reservoir
