The 300-year-old Calvary goes back to a foundation on the occasion of the end of the plague at the beginning of the 18th century. It consists of 6 chapels and the crucifixion group.
When you arrive at the crucifixion group, turn left to the "grave chapel" with pictures of the fallen of both world wars.

It was built after the end of the plague in 1713/14. Instead of the usual 14 Stations of the Cross, there are chapels with realistic, almost life-size depictions of the mysteries of the Sorrowful Rosary. These include the "Vacationers' Chapel" (Jesus bids farewell to his mother) at the beginning, as well as the Sepulchre Chapel at the end of the Calvary service. Processions take place during Holy Week.
