The Ypres War Victims Monument, also known as "The Ieper Fury", commemorates the civilian and military victims of Ypres during the First and Second World Wars. It was designed by Jules Homère Martin Coomans and completed by Aloïs De Beule in 1926. It is located at the Boterstraat, near the western entrance to the Cloth Hall. The monument became particularly well-known due to the riots at its unveiling in 1926, when the Flemish Veterans' Association protested against the lack of Flemish recognition, which led to confrontations with the Gendarmerie. This gave the monument the nickname "The Ieper Fury".

Ypres War Victims Monument was erected in memory of 155 war civilians and soldiers who died as a result of the 1914-1918 war. There are also two names on plaques who died during the Second World War when Ypres was occupied by German troops from 1940-1945.
