Mountain bike

After about 6 years of construction finished in 1973. Before, about 450 residents were resettled from a dozen villages. The water surface is about 220 ha and is located in the nature reserve. There are many ways to drive.

It's worth it to drive around it, but you do not come directly to the water, except at the world famous Krombacher island

A trip here I can only recommend. The view is world class and you can also go for a ride around the dam. To mention is here also the island from the Krombacher advertising is also in the Wiehltalsperre.
