Only the moat has survived from the earlier moated castle. The castle itself is a two-storey four-wing complex with an inner courtyard. Round towers were built on three corners. They end with double-retracted hoods and two cornices one on top of the other. The fourth tower, erected polygonally, stands free and is only connected to the main building by a covered corridor.
