Sgòr Mòr at 813m is a Corbett in the southern Cairngorms. It's not a very defined summit but there is a cairn and absolutely amazing views north into the Cairngorms. The hill is almost pathless but can be ascended without much difficulty from the north or the west.

There are a couple of easy approaches from the Linn of Dee car park. One taking the track directly west from the car park to White Bridge, past the wells of Dee and up to the summit from the west. The alternative is to walk in to Derry Lodge and take that Lairg Gruh path until north of the summit. Then cut across open hill heading south to the summit, no path but east going.
