This chapel, which is well worth seeing, is located directly on the Elstergebirge ridge path, just before the Hoher Stein rock formation, with a small rest area in front of it. The chapel, the fountain hidden in the forest and the nearby Hoher Stein lookout point are all within easy walking distance.

Before you come to the High Stone, you drive past this historic monument. Read the board and you know it would go too far to explain everything here.
