With a span of 57.03 meters, the 16.37 meter wide pressure bridge leads Mengeder Straße (L609) over the Dortmund-Ems Canal at operating kilometers 8.821. The arched steel bridge was built in 1986 and is operated by the WSA Duisburg-Meiderich with bridge number 11.
Here it is not possible to change the side of the water directly without climbing stairs. You can take a detour via “Auf dem Heiken”, “Mengeder Straße” (L609) and “Im Dicken Dören”.
